In this video I'm sharing how I make recipes from this 100 Great Curries cookbook Weight Watchers friendly. I'll share my tips for modifying recipes after losing 50 pounds on Weight Watchers - first WW Freestyle and now My WW Blue #myww #mywwblue #weightwatchers Follow me on WW Connect (Canada): 333mjoy Sample Lunches: - A large bowl of roasted cauliflower or broccoli with a lot of siracha and a couple of eggs, either boiled or scrambled. - Low or zero point spicy black bean soup - Low or zero point chili - A salad or zero point soup with two pieces of low point toast spread with two servings of Laughing Cow cheese and topped with two scrambled eggs with salsa.
