VALERIE'S SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
8oz Thin Spaghetti
2 TBSP Butter
1/4 Block Velveeta Cheese, diced into cubes
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup + 1/2 Soup Can of Water
1 Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes (and the liquid)
12 Drops Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce
1 Extra Large Chicken Breast, grilled and diced into small bite sided pieces.
Mrs Dash & Onion Powder
Boil pasta until done, drain, return to pot and stir in butter until melted.
While pasta is boiling, make the sauce: combine all other ingredients together over medium heat, stirring until cheese is melted, season to taste with Mrs Dash, Onion Powder & Hot Sauce. Keep warm, covered with a lid on low heat, until pasta is done. Stir all together in big spaghetti pot, serve hot with a slice of buttered & broiled cheese toast.
CAKE MIX BROWNIES
1 Cake Mix
1/3 Cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 Pinch of Salt
Optional 1/4 to 1/2 cup: any add-ins you like, eg: chocolate or other flavored chips, marshmallows, fruit patted dry, coconut, nuts, etc.. Use a 9x9 pan, bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Icing, glaze or frosting can be used on top, flavor of your choice.
