Remove from heat and let cool. Season 1 cup of flour with 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Pepper Seasoning. I did 2 batches with this, reduce to half measurements if 12 - 15 wings. Pat wings dry with a napkin and coat with seasoned flour mix. Once coated let the moisture from the wings to seep into the flour. In the meantime preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees. Once preheated, place your wings in the air fryer. Lightly spray any type of oil of your choice on the wings. Cook for 8 mins at 380 degrees. After first cycle, rotate the wings and lightly spray any white flour spots that look dry. Cook for 8 mins at 380 degrees. After second cycle, rotate again so the batter doesn't stick to the bottom grate. Cook for 8 mins at 380 degrees. Remove from air fryer, and then while hot toss in your sauce. Leave on a tray or board to let the sauce thicken up to the batter. Once the sauce thickens, time to eat. Enjoy!
