Lemon Pepper Chicken
400°
2 lb Chicken Breasts - halved
1 C Flour
1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 Lemons divided - 1 lemon zested & 1 lemon sliced
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 C Chicken Broth
3 Tbsp Butter
3 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 tsp Salt
Parsley for garnish
In medium bowl or large zip lock bag whisk flour, lemon pepper seasoning & zest. Toss chicken on flour mixture.
In oven proof skillet heat butter & oil on medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown
on both sides. Remove chicken.
Add to skillet chicken broth, garlic, lemon slices & salt. Cook until heated through. Add chicken
back to skillet.
Bake @ 400° until sauce has reduced slightly, approx 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
