Lemon Cup Cakes:

Ingredients:
Unsalted butter ½ cup
Granulated sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2 large
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Milk ½ cup
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 medium

For Topping:
Whipped cream
Lemon slices

Method:
In a bowl beat butter and sugar. Then in a bowl add milk, lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix well. Now in another bowl sieve flour and baking powder. Then add milk and flour mixture in a butter mixture slowly. Mix well. Now set cupcake cases and pour the mixture equally. Then bake it in an oven for about 20-25 minutes. Once it is cool down top with whipped cream and lemon slices. Serve.

Teriyaki Fried Rice:

Ingredients:
Oil 4 tbsp
Beaten egg 1
Green onions (sliced) 2
Leftover cooked rice 2 cups

For The Sauce:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Ginger (minced) 1 tsp
Garlic (minced) 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp

Method:
In a bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, honey and oil well. Then heat oil and fry the egg. Now saute green onions, rice and the sauce. Mix well and serve hot.

Crispy Chili Beef:

Ingredeints:
Corn flour 100 gm
Beef fillet (strips, boiled) 300 gm
Salt, pepper to taste
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger (chopped) 1 piece
Garlic (crushed) 4 cloves
Carrot (thickly sliced) 1
Onion (strips) ½
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Granulated sugar 1 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Spring onions (sliced) 2
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2
Rice for serving

Method:
In a bowl add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, honey, red chili flakes, ketchup, green chilies and sesame seeds. Mix well. Then in a bowl marinate beef with corn flour, salt and pepper. Now heat oil in a pan, fry the beef well and set aside. Then on the same pan saute all the vegetables along with garlic and ginger. Now add the sauce with ½ cup of water. Cook well. Then add beef. Mix well. Serve hot.
