Make it and enjoy guilt free. #HealthyCookingToYou #HappyCookingToYou Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3fVQrxS Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Food Fusion and @Food Fusion Kids for more recipes Lemon Chicken Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Chicken (free-range) boneless cubes 500 gms -Pyaz (Onion) grated ½ Cup -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp -Lemon juice 2 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp -Dried oregano 1 tsp -Lemon zest ½ tsp -Olive oil 1 & ½ tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2 -Pyaz (Onion) grated ¼ Cup -Chicken stock 1 Cup or as required -Lemon slices -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,onion,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,dried oregano and lemon zest,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes. -In pot,add olive oil,cumin seeds and mix. -Add ginger garlic paste,green chilies and mix well. -Add onion and fry until golden brown. -Now add marinated chicken,mix well and cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes. -Add chicken stock and mix well. -Add lemon slices,cover partially and cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes. -Add fresh coriander,mix well & serve. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Chicken (free-range) boneless cubes 500 gms -Pyaz (Onion) grated ½ Cup -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp -Lemon juice 2 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp -Dried oregano 1 tsp -Lemon zest ½ tsp -Olive oil 1 & ½ tbs -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2 -Pyaz (Onion) grated ¼ Cup -Chicken stock 1 Cup or as required -Lemon slices -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -Bowl mein chicken boneless cubes,pyaz,adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice,lal mirch powder,namak,haldee powder,dried oregano aur lemon zest dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein. -Pot mein olive oil aur zeera dal ker mix karein. -Adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Pyaz dal dein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein. -Ab is mein marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein. -Chicken stock dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Lemon slices dal dein aur partially dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein. -Hara dhania dal ker mix karein & serve karein.
