INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo chicken
250 gram chick peas (1 cinnamon stick & 2 star anise)
3 tbsp masoor daal
2 medium onion
1 tbsp salt
1.5 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp dried coriander powder
1/5 tbsp white cumin seeds
1.5 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger ka paste
250 gram yogurt
1 tsp carom seeds
ginger and coriander for garnish
1 cinnamon stick and 2 black cardamom
5 red chili for taste
1 tsp garam masala
