A very easy and taste full sawayan recipe everyone will ask for it again......

Recipe:
Ghee 1/2 cup
Sawayan 150 gm
Alaichi pwd 1 tsp
Fry sawayan in ghee with alaichi pwd until golden brown
Now make sheera
Sugar 2 cups
Water 1.5 cups
Cook sugar in water until dissolved
Add sheera in fried sawayan and cook until water starts drying up
Now mix 2 cups pwd milk in 2 cups water and add in sawayan
Add juice of two lemons
Cook until khoya forms and water dries
Serve with badam and pista on top
Enjoy.....
