Today’s Recipe is Kerala Style Beef Fry. This is the Popular dish in Kerala and commonly accompanied with Parotta. Please try this and enjoy with your family.

600 Grams Beef
1 Tablespoon Kashmiri Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
½ Teaspoon Fennel Seeds Powder
Salt to Taste
½ Onion Chopped
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Few Curry Leaf
2 to 3 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Dry Red Chili
1 Teaspoon Ginger Chopped
1 Tablespoon Garlic Chopped
4 Shallot Onion
Few Curry Leaf
1 Big Onion
Salt to taste
Pinch Turmeric Powder
¼ Teaspoon Fennel Seeds Powder
¼ Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
¼ Teaspoon Pepper Powder
2 Tablespoon Water
1 Fat Green Chili
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Coriander Leaves for Garnish
