How to Make the Health Nut Chinese Chicken Salad || The Kardashian and Jenner sisters' go-to salad spot, as seen on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, at least circa 2016/2017, is Health Nut in Calabasas, California! In this healthy recipe mukbang we make and eat the infamous Chinese Chicken Salad (Kim and Khloe's fave salad).
So what goes into a Health Nut Chinese Chicken Salad, exactly?
*Salad*
Enough lettuce to make you happy – I used a ½ a romaine heart and ½ a head of iceberg ?
1 small carrot, shredded
1 medium avocado, cubed (you can use half, I wanted EXTRA)
1 large cooked chicken breast, shredded (I used 5 oz)
*Dressing*
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (natural if possible)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp cane sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
*Topping*
Pickled ginger, shredded (to taste)
Fried chow mien noodles (a sprinkling)
½ tsp roasted sesame seeds
While Kim prefers her salad as it comes on the menu (dressing on the side of course), Khloé subs in organic chicken and adds avocado ?
