Kaju Katli / Kaju Burfi
It takes only 3 ingredients to make- Kaju, Sugar and Water!
You will be surprised to see how easy it is to make Kaju Burfi and it turns out perfect every time!
This is one Mithai easier than even Besan ke Laddoo!

Kaju barfi Recipe
Preparation time:15 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
250g cashew nuts
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
A few silver foils
Grind the cashew nuts to a fine powder. Set aside.
Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a pan. Cook till a syrup of two string consistency is achieved.
Remove from fire and add the cashew nut powder. Mix well till very smooth.
Pour the mix in a greased thali or tray and allow to set.
Cover the top layer with silver foil and cut into diamond shapes.
