For marination:
Chicken with bones- 400g
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
White Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
For Kadai Masala:
- Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
- Peppercorns- 1 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1 inch
- Whole Red Chillies- 3 nos
Diced Onion - 1 large sized
Bell pepper - 1 large sized
Bay leaves - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Cooking oil - 5-6 Tbsp
Tomato - 1 large sized
Ginger 1 inch (juliennes)
Garlic 3-4 cloves (crushed)
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Hot water - 1 cup
Whisked curd - 4 tbsp or 100 gms
Some kasuri methi ( Fenugreek leaves )
