Ginger Garlic Paste / Inji Poondu Paste – 2 tbsp
Tomato / Thakkali – 1 / 110 gms
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi – 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder / Milagai Podi – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Salt – to taste

For Sauteing

Sesame Oil – 1 tbsp
Big Onion – 1/2 Cup (diced in big sizes)
Capsicum / Kudai Milagai – 1/2 Cup ( diced in big sizes)

For Kadai Masala

Coriander Seeds / Malli – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds / Seeragam – 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds / Sombu – 1 tsp
Pepper / Milagu – 1 tsp
Star Anise / Natchathira Sombu – 1
Cloves / Kirambu – 4
Cardamom / Elakkai – 2
Cinnamon / Pattai – 1
Kashmiri Chilli – 6

To Grind
