One of the simplest chicken soups you can make with basic ingredients. Saima AKA Mrs Food Fusion created this recipe when we were boxed in with limited ingredients during our tip to Nathia Gali so we had to think out of the box to create something simple yet tasteful. Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken with bones 300g
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken stock cube 1-2
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Water 6 Cups
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Chilli sauce 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Cornflour 2-3 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Anda (Egg) boiled
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
-Chilli sauce

Directions:
-In a pot,add chicken,salt,black pepper crushed,chicken stock cube,ginger garlic crushed,water,mix well & cover,bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
-Take out chicken pieces,shred with the help of fork & remove bones.
-In prepared stock,add shredded chicken,vinegar,chilli sauce,soy sauce,salt (if required) mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-In cornflour,add water & mix well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-Add whisked egg & stir gently.
-Serve with boiled egg,black pepper crushed,chilli sauce & serve!

Directions:
-Pot mein chicken,namak,kali mirch crushed,chicken stock cube,adrak lehsan crushed aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker ubal anay dein aur halki ancch per 10-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chicken pieces nikal lein aur fork ki madad sa shred ker lein & bones ko remove ker lein.
-Tayyar yakhni mein shredded chicken,sirka,chilli sauce,soy sauce,namak (if required) dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Pheeta huwa anda dal ker gently stir ker lein.
-Boiled anda,kali mirch crushed aur chilli sauce dal ker serve karein!
