One of the newest dish to our Premium menu is a delicious dish of chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto ham. James tells us that prosciutto is the real embodiment of umami because it acts as an almost instant seasoning. By roasting and adding rosemary to the accompanying potatoes it intensifies the flavour even more, then add a sauce made with onion, garlic, tomatoes, red pepper and white wine and you’ve got a match made in heaven.
