Jamaican Jerk Chicken Recipe

Jerk chicken recipe for six chickens
6 chickens cut up
One and a half bottle soy sauce
1 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoon herbs to Provence
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon garlic salt
2 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoon all season salt
One handful Pimento seeds
2 scotch bonnet pepper or habanero chili (seeds removed)
2 onions
1 bunch scallions
1 bulb fresh garlic
A few stems of thyme
3 or 4 ginger root

For wetting chicken-:
One bottle Red stripe beer
four tablespoon walkerswood jerk seasoning

Combine all seasons in a high-speed blender, until blended smoothly

Pour mixture onto chicken, rub the mixture into chicken, allow the chicken to marinade for 24 hours.

While the chicken bake on the grill wet with red stripe beer and walkerswood mixture
Until chicken is cooked tender n golden brown.
