Italian Chicken Cheese Bake:

INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTA
Butter 3 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Milk 3 cups
Cream 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 2 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2-3
Boiled pasta 1 cup
Chili garlic sauce 2-3 tbsp
Boiled chicken (shredded) 1 ½ cup
Water 1 ½ cup
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp

TO ASSEMBLE AND BAKE
Grated cheddar cheese 200 gm
Pickle (sliced) as required
Cucumbers as required
Oregano as required
Olives as required
Bread crumbs ½ cup
Parmesan cheese ½ cup
Melted butter ¼ cup

METHOD FOR THE PASTA
In a pan heat butter and sauté garlic. Add in shredded boiled chicken. Add milk, cream and all the other ingredients. Finally add in cooked pasta.
Spread the cooked mixture in a greased glass ovenproof dish. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese, sliced pickled, cucumbers, olives, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano and drizzle melted butter over the dish. Bake at 180 c for 15 minutes. Serve.

Mince Chinese Style:

Ingredients

Undercut ½ kg coarsely chopped like mince
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Water 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cut in 1 inch cubes
Red bell pepper 1 cut in 1 inch cubes
Onion 1 cut in 1 inch cubes
Potato 2 cut in wedges and fried
Tomato 1 julienne
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Green chilies 2 sliced
Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp

METHOD

Put mince in a pan with ginger garlic, salt, black pepper and water, boil all together with 1 more cup water till water dries, remove and keep aside. Heat oil, add ginger garlic, sauté for 1 min, add onion cubes, green chilies, fry on high flame, add fried potato wedges, both the capsicums, tomatoes, add soy sauce, vinegar, green chili garlic sauce, coconut milk powder, add boiled qeema, stir fry well for 5 mins and remove.

Sweet & Sour Balti Chicken:

Ingredients

Oil ¼ cup
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Boneless chicken cut in cubes ½ kg
Cream 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2
Mango chutney 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2 chopped

Other Ingredients to be mixed in a Bowl

Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Sweet chili sauce ¼ cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Allspice 1 tsp

METHOD

Heat oil add chopped garlic, fry golden, add chicken, fry for 2 mins, add all above spices and seasonings kept in a bowl, mix and add ½ cup water, cook for 2 mins, add cream, green chilies, chopped mango chatni, leave it on dum, serve garnished with greens, serve in a balti.
