Dum ka Murgh is a traditional Hyderabadi dish of slow-cooked marinated chicken and it is a must try recipe for all the chicken lovers. In this recipe, the chicken is cooked in a yogurt-based curry, flavored with various spices and prepared in Instant pot less than 20 mins.

Ingredients:

For marination:
500 gram Chicken (with or without bones)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Salt (as required)
1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 cup Yogurt / Curd
2 tbsp Oil

Nuts paste:
1 tbsp Almonds
1 tbsp Whole Cashew nuts
2 tbsp Coconut pieces OR grated coconut
1 tsp Poppy seeds
Water

Other Ingredients:
1/4 cup Oil
2 tbsp Clarified butter / Ghee
Saffron Milk (In 2 tbsp warm milk add 5 strands of saffron, mix well and rest for 5 mins)
4 medium Green chili
2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro / Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Chopped Mint leaves
1 tsp Kewra water
Water
