INGREDIENTS
for Dough:
2 eggs
15-16g dry yeast
4 tsp sugar powder
½ tsp Salt
4 tbsp Oil
600g all purpose flour
200ml milk
For stuffing:
1 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp cumin
1 chopped onion
Chicken cubes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ tsp Salt
Some chopped capsicum
2 tbsp All purpose flour
8 tbsp milk
¼ tsp white vinegar
1 tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
2-3 pinches Salt
Some fresh coriander leaves
Oil for frying
