Ice Cream Poke Cake
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) lukewarm 1 Cup
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Baking soda 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ Cups
-Cooking oil 1 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cooking chocolate 1 Cup
-Condensed milk 1 Cup
-Walls Vanilla ice cream
-Cream chilled 200 ml
-Icing sugar 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Directions:
-In glass,add lukewarm milk,vinegar,mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.Butter milk is ready!
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,baking soda,salt,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl,add eggs and beat it.
-Add caster sugar and beat again.
-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence and beat until well combined.
-Add prepared butter milk and beat again.
-Now add dry flour mixture,beat well & set aside.
-Grease baking dish 10×10” with oil and pour prepared cake batter.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C per 20 minutes.
-In small jug,add cooking chocolate,condensed milk and microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds then mix well until smooth & set aside.
-Take out cake from oven,using a skewer poke holes all over the top of the cake.
-Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture over the top of the cake,filling holes.
-Let it cool down and freeze for 1 hour.
-Add slices of vanilla ice cream and spread it,cover and freeze for 6-8 hours.
-In bowl,add ice cubes,place another bowl,add cream and beat until fluffy.
-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence and beat until stiff peaks forms.
-On serving dish,add prepared cream,spread evenly and garnish with chocolate shavings & serve!

-Bowl mein anday dal ker beat karein.
-Bareek cheeni dal ker dubara beat ker lein.
-Cooking oil aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Tayyar butter milk shamil karein aur dubara beat ker lein.
-Ab dry flour mixture dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Baking dish 10×10” ko oil sa grease ker lein aur tayyar cake batter dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Small jug mein cooking chocolate aur condensed milk dal ker 1 minute & 30 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rah dein.
-Cake ko oven sa nikal lein aur skewer ki madad sa cake per holes ker lein.
-Melted chocolate mixture ko cake ka upper holes mein dal dein.
-Thanda ker lein aur 1 hour kliya freeze ker lein.
-Cake ka upper vanilla ice cream ka slices rakh ker pheela lein aur dhak ker 6-8 hours kliya freeze ker lein.
-Bowl mein ice cubes dal ker ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker fluffy hunay tak beat ker lein.
-Icing sugar aur vanilla essence dal dein aur stiff peaks forms hunay tak beat ker lein.
-Serving dish per tayyar cream dal ker pheela lein aur chocolate shavings sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
