Curd/Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
Coconut milk - 3/4 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 & 1/2 table spoon
Crushed coriander - 1 table
Fried onion slices - 2 medium onions
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 handful
Chopped mint leaves - 1 handful
Sliced green chilli - 2 nos
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Sunflower oil - 4 table spoons
Salt as needed
