1/2 Tsp jerk power season
1/2 Tsp black pepper
2 stalk scallions
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1/2 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1 tomato
?Sauce
1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp dark soya
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 Tsp brown sugar
Add remaining season
1/2 Tsp garlic
1/2 onion powder
2 Tsp honey/optional
Fried steak for 3 to 4 minutes
Simmer down for 5 to 6 minutes
