Then they're cooked in grass-fed butter, fresh garlic, rosemary, and thyme for pork chops that are super juicy, tender, flavorful, and easy to make. Recipe: Rosemary Garlic Pork Chops
2 lbs Center Cut Pork Chops
½ tsp Dried Basil
2-3 tbsp Grass-fed Butter
3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
5 Garlic Cloves
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Lemon *optional
Recipe: Sautéed Onions
2 White Onions Sliced
2 tbsp Grass-fed Butter
1½ tbsp White Wine
1 tsp Sugar
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe: White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
2 ½ lbs Golden Potatoes
3-4 tbs Butter
2 tbs Sour Cream *optional
½ Cup Warm Milk or Heavy Cream
1 cup Grated White Cheddar Cheese
1 Garlic Clove
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Recipe: Sautéed Veggies
1 lbs Broccoli or String Beans
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Shallot Diced
2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
