1-st Cream:
* Gelatin – 20 g + milk(cold) – 100 ml.
* Yolks – 3 pcs.
* Sugar – 70 g.
* Milk – 200 ml.
2-nd Cream:
* Flour – 1 cup (220 ml).
* Sugar – 1 cup (200 ml).
* Milk – 1 L.
* Vanilla – 10 g.
* Butter – 50 g.
I mix two creams, mix thoroughly and pour into a mold, send to the refrigerator for 3 hours or more.After that, take it out of the mold, sprinkle chocolate or cocoa shavings on top, cut it and enjoy.
