Ingredients
4 chicken thighs and 4 drumstick
1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
1 tablespoon. Complete seasoning
1/2 pickle juice
1/2 cup pickle juice
3 1/2 cup buttermilk.
2 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoon creole seasoning
4 tablespoon complete seasoning
3 All purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
Fried chicken, also known as Southern fried chicken, is a dish consisting of chicken pieces that have been coated with seasoned flour or batter and pan-fried, deep fried, pressure fried, or air fried. The breading adds a crisp coating or crust to the exterior of the chicken while retaining juices in the meat
