Simple Syrup is an easy way to sweeten cocktails without having to deal with dissolving sugar in your drink. Since simple syrup is already in liquid form, it's a simple way to give your drink a nice sweet taste. It's used in Mojitos, Hurricanes, Daiquiris and more. It can be difficult to find in stores, and since it's a pretty common cocktail ingredient it's cheaper and more convenient to go the do-it-yourself route! Here's how you make it!
