How to Make Simple and Easy Homemade Chicken Kebab Recipe | Chicken Mince Kebabs | Burger Patties
Today, sharing an easy chicken kebab recipe that you and your family ones can easily enjoy and with the little ones. These chicken Kebabs use minced meat, bread and potatoes and are shaped into flat discs like burger patties. These are a firm family favourite in the household and I'm pretty confident will be a favourite in yours too. You can serve them best with raita, mint chutney or sweet chilli sauce. The kids enjoy them best in a bun as chicken burger patties, you can roll them up in naan bread, tortilla wrap or pita bread. It goes as an excellent side with mains such as plain rice or biryani.
I tend to always make the patties in bulk and then freeze them. When time runs out for cooking, they come in really handy. You can just quickly warm them up in the oven, or pan fry them.

Ingredients for kebab mixture :
4 medium red potatoes
6 brown bread pieces (you can also use breadcrumbs or make your own)
2 kilo ground chicken mince (1kilo packet each bought from local butchers, with 4 small onions and 6 green chillis included)
you can also use lamb mince if you prefer
2 TBSP dried fenugreek leaves
2 TBSP ginger garlic paste
2 TBSP coriander powder
1/2 TSP turmeric
2 TSP red chilli powder
1 TSP chaat masala
1 TSP paprika powder
1 TSP Kashmiri chili powder
1 TSP crushed chilli
1 TBSP cumin powder
1 TSP ground carom
1 TBSP tandoori masala
2 TBSP salt - adjust to taste
1 TSP black pepper
2 TSP crushed coriander
Half bunch of fresh coriander
Cooking oil for shallow frying
Burger press mold
