Have you ever thought of using the mint leaves as the base ingredient for any recipe? I bet you surely didn’t because most of us use them for making pudina chutney or in biryanis or mojitos. But today, I have decided to show you all a wonderful Pudina chicken curry with lots of mint leaves because they are a thing. Even if you are someone who doesn’t have any liking for the taste, I’m sure you’ll enjoy this particular curry very fondly. Such is the magic and I couldn’t believe it until I made and tasted it. So I urge you to prepare this curry and have it along with any Indian bread of your choice.
