How to make pepper chicken dry in Tamil [ Eng Sub ]- crushed pepper chicken – Indian style recipes !


Hi everyone ! In this video I have explained how to make hot & spicy pepper chicken curry in few steps. Watch this video to know how I prepared it. Ingredients Chicken - 1/4 kilo Aniseed / sombu - 1/2 tsp Onion / vengayam- 2 Chili / pachai milagai - 4 tsp Crushed pepper / Idicha milagu - 2 tsp Chili Powder / milagai thool - 2 tsp Turmeric powder / manjal thool - 1/4 tsp Ginger - small piece Garlic / poondu - 4 clove Oil / yennai - 3 tablespoon Lime juice - 1/2 tsp curry leaves / karuveppilai Water - Small glass. Salt - req Steps: 1.Heat oil in a pan and add 3 tablespoons of oil. 2.Add 1/2 tsp aniseed, curry leaves and add 2 chopped onions. 3.Once the onion is well fried add 4 green chilies, ginger and garlic. Fry well till they release their fragrance. 4.Add 2 tsp crushed pepper , 2 tsp chili powder and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. 5.Add required salt and Mix it well. 6.Add a small glass of water and fresh Boneless Chicken. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes till it turns to dry consistency. 7.Finally add 1/2 tsp lime juice before turning it off. 8. Now it is ready. Serve it hot with chappati, rice or roti.
