Oreo Cupcakes Recipe No Bake
Here’s another No Bake or No Oven recipe using oreo cookies that is easy to do and only need few ingredients, but the result is so delicious and soft oreo cupcakes.
Ingredients
2 pack (137g) Oreo Cookies
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 big can (370ml) evaporated milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Procedure
1. Crushed oreo cookies using a blender or crumb oreo cookies using a rolling pin . Then in a bowl combine crushed oreo cookies, flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder. Mix. Add evaporated milk. Mix well.
2. Lined cupcake mold with cupcake liner. Pour ¾ of the mixture in each cupcake liner. Put in the steamer. Cover with lid wrap in cotton cloth or cheese cloth to avoid water dripping to the cupcakes. Steam for 10-15 over medium heat.
