Enjoyed this amazing fried chicken as it was done at home. It was a very new experience for me. The total experiment was fun. I decided to make the fried chicken as it is very common, so I wanted to show you guys that we can itself prepare at home.
All we need is a batter which is made out of eggs, salt, Chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, powdered cardamom, lemon, curd. Just marinate chicken for four hours in the batter.
After four hours just prepare the coating batter with maida, cornflour, anise, chili flakes, finely chopped garlic, coriander powder, pepper. Take the marinated chicken, coat it with the batter and again dip in the marinated batter and again coat it with coating batter. Fry and serve.
The taste was actually good, and the spices added have given really good touch.
