How to make fried chicken masala roast within 20 minutes || #chickenrecipes || EP:158


#ChickenRecipesKerala FRIED CHICKEN MASALA ROAST: Ingredients; for marination- Chicken - 6 leg pieces Chilly powder - 1 tbsp(increase or decrease if required) Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 pinch Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Green chilly(paste) - 8(increase or decrease if required) Garlic paste - 2 tbsp Ginger paste - 1 tsp Lemon juice - of 2 lemon(small size) Curd - 2 tbsp Salt - as required Coriander leaves paste - as required(instead you can use curry leaves) Method; 1.Wash the chicken pieces very well and make deep slits over it. 2.In a large bowl combine all the above mentioned ingredients and apply it to the chicken pieces. 3.Marinate for 20 to 30 minutes. 4.In a thick bottomed pan cook the marinated chicken pieces without adding water, in low to medium flame. 5.Cook till the gravy becomes thick & keep aside the leftover chicken gravy. 6.Fry the cooked chicken pieces in hot oil. instead you can grill it. 7.Mix these fried chicken pieces along with our leftover chicken gravy. 8.Decor it with sliced onion and coriander leaves.
