2 pound Chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch chunks)
1 cup Cornstarch
1/4 cup All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
2 Eggs (beaten)
Oil for frying
Firecracker Sauce:
2/3 cup Buffalo hot sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon Sriracha OR chili paste (optional)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Chili flakes (or more to taste)
Garnishing:
