Hi lovelys, I feel like the internet is bursting with healthy recipes after the holidays. Yes, I am also trying to eat healthier, but I mean there are so many that they are making me feel quilty all the time whenever I eat something that is even a little on the naughty side? Anyone else here feeling like this? I really do hope I am not the only one? But some good things also come from this and that is how this crunchy celery salad was born. During the winter months I find it hard to make myself eat salad, because the tomatoes and cucumbers just don´t taste as good during the winter months. So I decided to swap my regular salad for a salad with seasonal winter veggies and some fruit and the result was so flavorful and delicious? Even my boyfriend, who I thought I will not be able to make eat raw celery, asked me what was this salad, because he thought it was delicious?I hope you will also like this recipe and if you try it out, please let me know what you think about it?
