Ingredients for Crispy Chicken:
To Marinate Chicken
Chicken Breast – 250 gm (cut into thin strips)
Salt – ½ tsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Dark Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – ½ a lemon
Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
To Make the Batter
Cornflour – 1.5 tbsp
All Purpose Flour – 1.5 tbsp
Salt – ½ tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Water – 5 tbsp
Baking Powder – ¼ tsp
To Make the Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – ½ a lemon
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
To Make Chicken Fry
Oil For Deep Frying
To Make Crispy Chicken
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch (finely chopped)
Garlic – 8 cloves (finely chopped)
Green Chilli – 2 nos. (cut on the bias)
Spring Onion Whites – ½ cup (cut on the bias)
Yellow Bell Pepper – ½ cup (julienned)
Red Bell Pepper – ½ cup (julienned)
Green Bell Pepper – ½ cup (julienned)
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Cornflour slurry – 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp water
Spring Onion Green – 1 cup (cut on the bias)
