Boneless Chicken – 300 gms.
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – ½ tsp.
Salt – 1/4th tsp.
Lemon Juice – 3/4th tbsp.
Yogurt – 1/4th cup
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp.
Turmeric
Kasuri Methi Powder – 3/4th tbsp.
Refined Oil – 3/4th tbsp.
Garam Masala – 3/4th tbsp.
Cooking:
Butter – 2 tbsp.
Elaichi (Cardamom) – 2
Cloves – 2
Cinnamon Powder
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp.
Green Chilli – 2
Tomatoes – 4
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tsp.
Sugar – 1/4th tsp.
Cashew – 20
Kasuri Methi
Garam Masal – 3/4th tbsp.
