My Recipe
Beef (cut up)
1or 2 medium Onions
Onion powder
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Salt or Seasoned Salt
Flour****to coat beef
Oil***to brown beef
Instructions
Add seasonings to beef and mix well
Coat meat in flour
Heat oil in skillet
Add your coated beef to oil
Add 1or 2 packets of Onion Soup Mix
Add 6 Cups of Water add 2 cups at a time
Add 1 or 2 medium sliced Onions
Stir all together (make sure your meat doesn’t stick to the bottom of pan)
Add chopped pimentos
Simmer for 2 hrs or until your meat gets tender. Keep checking and tasting to see if your meat is tender.
Serve over rice ? or mashed potatoes ?
