* Ingredients:
– 1 kg chicken leg pieces
– 1 kg basmati rice
– 1 cup vegetable oil
– 700 grams sliced onions
– 6 large blended tomatoes
– 600 grams yogurt
– 4 large potatoes
– 4-5 green chillies
– 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
– 1 pack of Shan special Bombay biryani masala
– 1 tbsp whole zeera
– 1/2 cup yogurt with 1 tsp yellow food colouring for dum
– 6 tbsp oil for dum
– 1 sliced tomato for dum
– 1 large sliced lemon for dum
– 3-4 green chillies for dum
– 1/2 tsp biryani essence/ Rooh kewra
