Chinese cooking wine (~3tablespoon)
Fish sauce (~2tablespoon)
Soy sauce (~3tablespoon)
Hoisin hoisin (~2tablespoon)
Oyster sauce(~2tablespoon)
Minced garlic (~3cloves)
Mixed corn starch (~2-4 tablespoon)
Egg white (one egg or two)
Salt/sugar (~1 teaspoon)
White Pepper (optional)
1.Boil your broccolis and leave them to the side
2.Mix your beef slices with Chinese cooking wine, Egg whites, Corn starch, salt, white pepper, marinate for 5 to 10mins
3.Make your sauce, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, leave to side till stir fry.
4.preheat oil to medium heat, stir fry minced garlic till brown, toss in beef slices and sauce, stir fry for a few minutes till cooked, then toss in your boiled broccolis to finish.
