Ingredient
1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup of Chopped Capsicum
1/2 Cup of Chopped Red Bell Pepper
Ginger
Garlic
Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of Chopped Carrots
1/2 Cup of Chopped Beans
1/2 Cup of Chopped Spring Onions
Whole wheat Pasta
1/2 Cup of Chopped Cabbage
Green Chilli
Celery
Sliced Chicken
Chicken Stock
Black Pepper Powder

For Gravy

1 and 1/2 tsp Red Tomato Sauce
1 and 1/2 tsp Chilli Sauce
1 and 1/2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1 tsp Chilli Vinegar
Corn Flour dissolved in 2 tablespoon water
Salt as required
Coriander Leaves

Instruction(Step By Step):

Step 1

First Boil the Boneless Chicken piece. Add 2 cloves of garlic, diced onion, some whole black pepper on that same water at the time of boiling to get the flavor.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan. Add crushed ginger and garlic on that oil and fry for a minute.

Step 3

Then add one by one Chopped Onion, Chopped Carrots, Chopped Red Bell Pepper, Chopped Beans, Chopped Cabbage

Step 4

Now add the chicken stock,2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar and 1 and 1/2 tsp chili sauce and 1 and 1/2 tsp tomato sauce. Also, add ½ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp sugar, and ½ tsp salt.

Step 5
Boil for few minutes or until flavors are absorbed well. Now prepare cornflour by mixing 2 tbsp cornflour in water. Pour the mixture into the soup and mix well.

Step 6
Continue to boil for more minutes or until soup thickens slightly. finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and coriander leaves. Enjoy hot and sour soup.
