In this video we present how to prepare an amazing chicken recipe in microwave .As the name implies, Hot Garlic Chicken has the aroma of garlic combined with hot and tangy flavor of various sauces. Combine it either with fried rice or noodles and this splendid Indo Chinese cuisine is surely gonna earn you huge admiration.
Ingredients required :
Chicken pieces – 250 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Butter – 3 tbsp
Spring onions (chopped) – 2 no.
Chopped garlic – 1 pod
Capsicum – 1 no.
Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Schezwan sauce -1/2 tbsp (you may add more if you love it more spicy)
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Procedure :
– In an MWS Bowl , add 1 tbsp butter, chicken, salt, pepper, water, ginger garlic paste, cover and microwave for 5 minutes.
– In another bowl add 2 tbsp butter, garlic, spring onion and microwave for 2 minutes.
– Mix all the sauces, sugar and vinegar to it and microwave for 2 minutes.
– Add this to the chicken prepared in first step, also add bell peppers, cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water and microwave for 5 minutes in covered bowl. Stir it once .
– Keep the bowl covered for 5 minutes and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
