Honey dew with Tapioca Pearls Smoothie | Fresh Fruit | Summer Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients are: 18 cubes of Honey dew (Servings of 3) 1 cup of Whole Milk 1 cup of Almond Milk 2 tsp of Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp of honey syrup 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar 1 cup of Boiling water (to make the mixture) 1 cup of Tapioca pearl - you don't have to use 1 cup. I did so I could save the leftovers and put them in the freezer and use it when needed. Good time saver but optional. In a pot boil about 2 cups of water Once it's boiling put the Tapioca pearls on high heat cover it up and cook for 30 mins. Keep stirring occasionally. In a measuring cup put the sugar together with the hot water. Mix it well and add honey syrup and the cinnamon powder. Let it cool. In a blender put the Honey dew and the brown sugar mixture, whole milk and the almond milk. Blend it all. Drain the Tapioca pearls and let them cool. Get ready your tall glasses adding the Tapioca pearls, brown sugar mixture, and blended honey dew. I added another Brown sugar mixture on top and Hershey syrup. Optional Enjoy this Honey dew with Tapioca pearls
