Chicken - 2 kg
1st Step:
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Chili powder - 1.5 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
2nd Step:
Plain yogurt - 1 cup
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Barbecue masala - 1 tbsp
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Black pepper - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Kebab masala - 1 tbsp
Barbecue sauce - 1/3 cup
Red food color - 1/2 tea sp
Soybean oil - 1/2 cup
For brushing:
Melted butter (for net) - as needed
Barbecue spice mixture (for chicken pieces) - as needed
