HIGHLY REQUESTED CHICKEN CHOW MEIN RECIPE + MUKBANG | Asmr 실제 요리 소리
Ingredients:
Chicken marinade (atleast 20 mins):
1.5 lbs chicken thighs
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp black pepper
Sauce:
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs hoisin sauce (or oyster sauce)
1.5 tbs brown or white sugar
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp Sambal chili paste (optional)
1 tsp Maggi Seasoning (optional)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4-5 drops sesame oil (very aromatic. If you are like me, you may want less)
Other:
10-12 oz Chow mein noodles (**they only need to be in the boiling water for 1 min NOT 3 mins)
2 stalks celery
4-5 cloves fresh garlic
6 green onion
3-4 oz Mung bean sprouts
2 small carrots
1 sm package bella mushrooms (add 1 tbs water while cooking)
Approx. 2-3 tbs vegetable oil during the cooking process
