Ingredients * 1 tbsp Ragi Flour (Finger Millet) * 1 Washington Apple (chopped) * 1/2 cup Milk of your choice (Dairy, Soya, Oats, or Nut milk) * 1 & 1/4 cup Water (for cooking Ragi) * 3-4 Soaked Dates (for natural sweetness) * 4-5 Soaked Almonds * A pinch of Elaichi Powder (Cardamom) * A few Ice Cubes * Chopped Almonds (for garnish) . The Recipe 1. Prepare the Ragi: Mix 1 tbsp Ragi flour in 1/4 cup water. Boil 1 cup water in a pan, add the ragi mix, and cook on medium flame (stirring constantly) for 3-4 boils. Let it cool. 2. The Blend: Put the cooled ragi in a blender with 1 chopped Washington Apple, 4-5 soaked almonds, and 3-4 soaked dates. 3. The Flavor: Add a pinch of elaichi powder (or cinnamon) and 1/2 cup of your choice of milk with some ice cubes. 4. The Finish: Blend until smooth and top it with chopped almonds for a bit of crunch. .
