In this video, I will show you how to make a nutrient-packed smoothie with kale, bananas, flax seed, chia seeds, brazil nuts, hemp hearts, camu camu powder, spirulina, frozen fruit, and water.

First, start by adding a handful of fresh kale to the blender. Kale is a nutrient powerhouse, loaded with vitamins A, C, and K, as well as iron and calcium. Next, add a couple of ripe bananas for sweetness and creaminess, which are also high in potassium and fiber.
