Watch our video and check out the recipe for healthy smoothie- 1) Green smoothie Ingredients Apple Cucumber Celery Water and ice cubes Finely chopped Spinach Method- Add apple, cucumber, celery to a mixer jar, add a bit of water and 2-3 cubes, grind it well for 5 mins. Your smoothie is ready. Transfer it to a jar and drink. Note- You can add ice cubes as per your requirement. 2) Pink Strawberry Smoothie- Ingredients- Rolled oats - 1 cup Dates- 2 pieces Strawberries - 6-7 pieces Milk of your choice- 1 cup Ice cubes. Method- Add rolled oats, dates and strawberries to a blender, add your choice of milk and some ice cubes to the blender and blend it well. Your smoothie is ready to serve.
