Healthy Quinoa Salad Recipe


A healthy quinoa salad recipe which I love. It makes a great healthy for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or side dish to any meal. You can also follow me on my Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Rossels-life321-1775428289353444/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/gasangrossel/ Ingredients: 150g - quinoa 1 tbsp - balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp - white wine vinegar 3 tbsp - olive oil 4 - tomatoes sliced into small pieces without seed 1 - red onion 1/4 part - cucumber 100 g - feta cheese radish parsley Instructions: 1. Cook quinoa according to the packaging instructions. 2. Into a bowl, add quinoa, tomato, red onions, cucumber, radish, feta cheese, a mix of balsamic vinegar and white wine vinegar, olive oil and parsley. Mix together. Serve and Enjoy!
