Healthy Egg Salad with avocado | Keto Salad for weight loss | No-cook Egg Salad Recipe without mayo


Today I am making the no-cook easy low carb egg salad. It is a healthy recipe that can be with or without mayonnaise, depending on your preference. Learn how to make a classic healthy egg salad (without mayo) and an avocado egg salad (without mayonnaise). Plus, learn my secret to kicking up the protein in each recipe. This egg salad combines two of our favorite things: eggs and avocado. In addition to the avocado, we add a little olive oil for moisture, lettuce for crunch, fresh herbs and a small amount of lemon juice to brighten things up. Thanks for watching! Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/2weF7ek RECIPE Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 20minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients Onions Cucumber Cherry Tomatoes Capsicum Carrots Red Bell Pepper Yellow Bell pepper Avocadoes Feta Cheese Boiled Eggs Lettuce For Seasonings Olive Oil Chilli Flakes Lemon Juice Black Pepper Powder Rock Salt Instruction Step 1 : Cutting: Cut the all ingredients into small cube pieces one by one. Step 2: Seasoning: To make this seasoning take a bowl and add some olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, black pepper powder, and rock salt and mix well. Step 3:Take a big bowl and add one by one chopped lettuce, chopped onions, chopped cucumbers, diced cherry tomatoes, chopped avocadoes, chopped capsicum, chopped red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper and gently mix well. Step 4: Cook the hard-boiled eggs using your preferred method. Let cool, peel, and Add the eggs to a large bowl and mix to combine. Taste and add seasoning as needed. Step 5: Serve this salad with beautiful garnishing of cherry tomatoes and sliced eggs. In a large-sized hard-boiled egg, there are only 0.56 grams of carbs. Eggs do have a tiny amount of carbohydrate contain. In a low carb diet or keto diet, one can take up to 25 grams of carbs per day, that means approx 80 eggs per day. So hard-boiled eggs are keto-friendly food. This recipe will make a high amount of healthy egg salad, which is sufficient for four servings. You cannot leave out this dish at room temperature. To store your leftovers, store the salad in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week. Hard-boiled eggs are good for up to seven days. So you can write the preparation date on the container.
