Recipe:
- 1 banana
- 50g frozen raspberries
- 50g frozen mango
- 50g frozen blueberries
- 30g vanilla whey protein
- 15g Complete Greens
- 15g chia seeds
- 200ml water
400 total calories: 51g Carbohydrates, 9g Fat, 30g Protein
